I. Purpose
Organize project implementation during the "investment implementation" phase of the project.
1. On behalf of the company (Investor) perform the following tasks:
- Contact state agencies and economic units related to construction investment.
- Manage and administer construction organization work.
- Coordinate activities of participating units at the construction site according to a unified schedule.
- Check and supervise the construction process according to the standards and regulations specified in the design documents.
- Control the acceptance documents of the quantity.
- Establish a security system, regulations on site security and hygiene, and labor safety assurance.
2. Project management work contents:
- Check the legality of related work during the construction process.
- Design management and design change management throughout the process of idea generation, design implementation, and project implementation.
- Manage and organize contractor selection based on the scope agreed with the Investor. Consulting investors to reach construction contract agreements with contractors.
- Project quality management.
- Progress management.
- Coordination management.
- Manage contract implementation of contractors.
- Check and control costs, including variation order.
- Check labor safety, security, and environmental sanitation in and around the project.
- Control risks.
- Consulting on application of new construction technology (if any).
3. Project records and documents:
- Legal documents.
- Quality records.
- Materials and equipment inspection records.
- Labor safety records.

- Ensuring project quality.
- Ensuring the investment value of construction works, satisfying the investor's functional requirements.
